Meet the FOUNDER

I founded Replug because I believe self-starters — founders, executives, the people building something from nothing — need a different kind of support than most leadership development offers. The insight that shaped Replug came from watching how often the answer wasn't a new framework or a new hire, but reconnecting to the "why," the values, and the original vision that got someone started in the first place. That happens through one thing: a genuinely effective conversation. Replug exists to have those conversations, deliberately and well.

My background sits at an intersection most coaches don't have. I hold an undergraduate degree and an MBA in Finance, and spent years in brokerage and banking before redirecting that same investment discipline toward people — studying founders and teams, and building the credentials to back it: ICF, CPCC, Systemic Team Coaching, Hogan, Leadership Circle, and more. I later moved into multi-unit hospitality operations, where I found my real edge: the same rigor applied to how people experience leadership, decisions, and each other.

I bring a blend of hospitality standards and financial acumen to how I work with founders and their teams — exacting, attentive, and built around getting the experience right. Whether through 1:1 coaching, team engagements, or workshops, Replug is an investment in the ability to have the conversations that actually move things forward
