Connecting mind and body through heat and cold experiences. In the sauna there is some time to reflect and to control breathing exercises, this allows to connect with our body. With cold plunges we experiences the connection between fight and flight response, and our connection. All this gets connected to our experiences, and there is a way to integrate this in our daily live. You will leave these experiences feeling, calmed, energized and rejunavated.
